This famous quote from Michelangelo about his renowned David sculpture inspired us on our coffee journey. Without a doubt, we have always believed that coffee is an art. At Ultra Coffee, our sole purpose has been to see the angel in the coffee — what we call “Only the Perfect” — and to process it with precision and care until it is ready to be shared with more people.

On December 5, 2021, World Turkish Coffee Day, we combined our faith with passion and opened the doors of Ultra to you. From the very beginning, we have included only the beans we truly believe in, and this commitment continues with the same consistency as our first day.

Ultra’s logo has always been a subject of curiosity among consumers. While the turquoise color and star symbolize our Turkish identity, the “+” represents Ultra’s mission to make a positive contribution to people’s lives. The star within the logo also represents every consumer who joins us. Ultra will continue to grow and shine like a star in your life — all you need to do is take a closer look :)

Over time, Ultra has built a loyal community that knows exactly what it wants and seeks “only the perfect” in coffee. Since our founding, sharing the full transparency of the processes and packaging behind every coffee that reaches the end consumer has played a major role in building this community. The reason has always been our belief in coffee and the respect we have for our work.

Today, Ultra is here with you with Guatemala No.5 coffee from the Cup of Excellence dream. We wholeheartedly thank Haşim Solmaz and the Baristatus family for giving us the opportunity to catch this chance.

This coffee, which we roasted after long hours of work with Roest, became the calm we were searching for amid the complexity of modern processing methods. Traditional and elegant. As our roaster Emre describes it: our “Black Pearl” is now with you. We loved it — we hope you will too.
